Before the trip, ETC has a policy to prioritize the pre-departure meeting, offering important hints and giving examples of situations that will happen abroad, so that the exchange student feels more comfortable and secure, thus enabling the student to live a great experience. During our student’s exchange, we remain fully available to them and their relatives in case help is needed. And upon return, our office continues with the doors opened to receive them.
